1. Which fiat currencies do you support for trading?
Currently, only the deposit and withdrawal functions of Canadian dollars are supported, and the currency of US dollars will be added in the future.
2. What is the form of deposit and withdrawal of Canadian dollars?
If the transaction amount is less than 10,000 Canadian dollars, it needs to go through Interac e-Transfer, and it is fast, there is no need to wait for manual processing; if the amount is more than 10,000 Canadian dollars, you need to contact our customer service to initiate remittances, such as Wire Transfer, Bank Draft or other forms.
3. Why is KYC verification necessary?
According to Canada's FINTRAC anti-money laundering regulations, all cryptocurrency and Canadian dollar transaction providers are required to perform KYC verification for users to avoid the risk of money laundering and other illegal acts. Yesbit ensures that user information is protected from the risk of disclosure.
4. Will I be charged for depositing or withdrawing CAD?
There are currently no fees for depositing and withdrawing Canadian dollars. However, if you recharge and withdraw large-value transactions, your bank may charge some fees, please consult the bank's customer service about the handling fees.
5. After depositing fiat currency, is the actual amount of cryptocurrency purchased equal to the system quotation?
The amount you calculate using the quotation calculator on the page is the amount of cryptocurrency you can actually get in the end, and vice versa for selling cryptocurrency.
6. After placing an order to buy cryptocurrency, how long does it take for it to arrive?
It depends on the network conditions, and it will be credited within 10 minutes under normal circumstances. Please confirm that the wallet address filled in is correct before placing an order. If you encounter network congestion, the arrival time will be delayed. Please wait patiently for the funds to arrive.
7. How long does it take for the recharged fiat currency to arrive?
If your recharge amount is less than CAD 10,000, it will be credited to your account immediately after you complete Interac e-Transfer; if your recharge amount exceeds CAD 10,000, you need to consult your bank about the remittance progress, normally it will be credited to your account with 2 business days. Please note that in the case of weekends or holidays, the arrival time may be affected.
8. When I sell cryptocurrencies, how long does it take for my Canadian dollars to arrive?
If your withdrawal amount is less than CAD 10,000, it will be credited to your account immediately after you accept Interac e-Transfer; if your withdrawal amount exceeds CAD 10,000, you need to consult your bank for the progress of the account, normally it will be credited to your account with 2 business days. During holidays, the arrival time may be affected.
